Reid shows his True Colors at international event
Local facilitator, Bill Reid from Nelson, was one of two Canadian facilitators to attend the International True Colors Association annual international conference in San Juan, Puerto Rico in June.
Reid presented a workshop on making organizational decisions with a True Colors analysis. The conference was filled with tips and tools that help facilitators improve their presentation skills and meet other facilitators from around North America.
Reid has been providing True Colors to profit and non-profit groups, businesses, teams and individuals since 2008.
His certification includes the Personal Awareness Seminar and the additional modules in Communications, Parenting, and Coaching.
Reid is currently completing the process to become a True Colors Master Trainer for Western Canada.
True Colors® is a simple model of personality identification for people of all ages. It improves communication through the recognition of a person’s true character, utilizing the colors of Orange, Green, Gold and Blue to differentiate four basic personality types.
