Sens behind eight ball heading into Game 4 of Calder Cup Finals

The Binghamton Senators face a must win early in the 2011 Calder Cup Finals.

Nate Prosser scored the game-winner as the Houston Aeros downed the B-Sens 2-1 in Game 3 of the AHL Finals Wednesday. The win gives the Aeros a 2-1 lead in the best-of-seven series with game three set for Friday in Binghamton.

Matt Hackett made 28 saves en route to the victory.

Trailing 2-0 B-Sens’ captain Ryan Keller put Binghamton on the board with a power play tally at 2:52 of the third period.

Goaltender Robin Lehner made his 16th consecutive start, stopping 28 of 30 in the loss.

Nelson Minor Hockey grad Geoff Kinrade, in his second season as a defenceman with the B-Sens, had a tough game statistically, finishing a minus-2.
