Heritage Home Tour

Sunday, June 12, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Join Touchstones Nelson on June 12 for an inside look at some Nelson’s most beautiful heritage homes located on Carbonate, Hendryx, Hall and Silica Streets.

Homes in this zone are in one of the earliest residential areas in Nelson and display the full richness of our local history. Included among them is the home of John Houston, Nelson’s first mayor.

Each home on the tour has been adapted to accommodate modern needs but historical details are still plentiful.

These thoughtful adaptations demonstrate just how well loved these heritage homes are.

Tickets are on sale now at Touchstones Nelson:

$15 for Touchstones Nelson Members

$18 for the general public

$20 for members including tour & guided heritage walking tour with Ron Welwood

$25 for the general public including tour and guided heritage walking tour with Ron Welwood

Tea will be served from 2-4 p.m. at St. Saviours (separate ticket purchased at the door).
