Singer songwriter Ethan Collister is a bright talent emerging on Canada’s music scene. 

A direct, honest and outspoken lyricist as well as an accomplished guitar player, Collister is a charismatic and captivating performer.

His eclectic brand of roots music has been featured on CBC Radio and has won favor with campus and community stations across Canada.

Performing on his own or with his band, Collister is a magnetic presence on stage. Whether he’s performing at a festival, a house concert, a community hall, or sharing his knowledge through a songwriting workshop, his sincerity, charm and undeniable gift for storytelling captivate audiences everywhere. 

He has toured Canada extensively and performed at an impressive array of venues ranging from the celebrated North Country Fair in Alberta to the historic Knitting Factory in New York City.

Collister is currently promoting his album Wishing Well which was released in January, 2010. Recorded largely “live off the floor” in Vancouver’s legendary Factory Studio, the album is self-produced and features ten original songs inspired by his life, jobs and travels. 

Showcasing his distinctive voice and lyrical prowess, Wishing Well is a unique, inspiring and truly memorable collection of material that is both inventive and timeless in its appeal.
