Mallard's Team of the Week — Nelson Nordic Skiers

It’s time to give a shout-out to the Nelson Nordic Ski Club — the club that hosts the cross-country ski trails at Apex.
While most of the region was digging out from Mother Nature’s winter season, the ski club was busy gliding on top of the white stuff en route to capturing the Kootenay Cup Trophy.
Nelson edged out Kimberley and rival Black Jack from Rossland for the title.
Staff and management at Mallard’s Source for Sports would like to honour the achievement with Team of the Week status.
The team includes, back row, L-R, coaches Doris Hausleitner, Roger Pratt and George Edney.
