The Nelson Peewee Leafs have been struggling to find consistency this season on the Minor Hockey circuit.
The Leafs, starting the season off on a sour note, are looking to put it all together for the 2011 part of the season.
Staff and management at Mallard’s Source For Sports would like to salute the Nelson Peewee Leafs with Team of the Week honours.
The members of the team include, back row, L-R, assistant coach Jared Seminoff, assistant coach Brian Jones, Taylor Cooper, Amit Bhabra, Matthew Jones, Matthew Brind’Amour, Aigne Mcgeady-Bruce, Justin Podgorenko, Jayden Maida, Merissa Dawson, Everett Hicks and head coach Ron Podgorenko.
Front, Joey Timmermans, Kaleb Comishin, Logan Mengler, Ben Woodwar, Jaden Bennett, Jacob Shukin, Bryce Twible, and Curt Doyle. Missing, assistant coach Greg Andrusak, goalie coach Ian Perreault.
The Leafs are off to Spokane for a pair of league games Saturday and Sunday.
