Junior Bombers drop tough loss to Rangers south of the border

The L.V. Rogers Junior Bomber started off the New Years with a solid contest south of the 49th parallel.
The Bombers dropped a close 47-32 decision to the Selkirk Rangers in Junior Girl’s Varsity Basketball play Tuesday in Metaline, Washington.
Josse Miller scored 23 points to lead the Rangers over the Bombers.
The contest was close through three periods before Selkirk out scored LVR 12-6 in the fourth quarter to put the contest away.
Lynnea Carr led the LVR charge with eight points while Kyley Mirva had seven.
Jayden Roch added six points while Devyn Parker collected five.
