Time to remember in Nelson

Remembrance Day ceremonies will be held outside of City Hall around the cenotaph on Thursday, Nov. 11.
People are asked to show up early, around 10:15 a.m. for the service that begins at 10:45 a.m. and the Last Post and one minute of silence at 11 a.m Several dignitaries ares scheduled to speak, including Mayor John Dooley.
A procession up Ward Street to Baker Street and to the Royal Canadian Legion will take place after the service.
