Vehicle stolen in Nelson, recovered in Castlegar

On Friday, July 2, 2021, at approximately 7:52 a.m., the Nelson Police received a complaint of a vehicle being stolen while parked in the 600 block Ward Street.

Police were advised that the vehicle keys had been inadvertently left in the unlocked vehicle.

Nelson Police said the vehicle was later recovered in Castlegar.
