Nelson Ultimate Frisbee Association hosts Disc Break tourney

Teams from as far away as Saskatoon, Sask. And Missoula, Mont. will be in Nelson this weekend for the 2019 Disc Break Ultimate Tournament at the Lakeside Pitch.
Thirteen teams join host Homegrown from Nelson in the two day event.
Hosted by the Nelson Ultimate Frisbee Association, the eighth annual tournament attracts some of the elite players from across Western Canada and United States.
Saturday, teams play in a round robin draw before the event concludes Sunday with finals at 1:30 or 3 p.m.
All action is set for the Lakeside Pitch.
