Hospital Auxiliary Society announces Christmas Raffle winners

The Kootenay Lake Hospital Auxiliary Society recently announced its winners for the recent Christmas Raffle.
The Kootenay Lake Hospital Auxiliary Society works throughout the year to raise money to help with the purchase of equipment at the hospital as well as to help with patient comforts.
The winners were:
- Carol Reynolds Painting – Wayne Brooks
- Logging Truck – Lois Morrison
- Concert Tickets – Rick Pytlarz
- Gift Card – Peggy Whittaker
- Scratch Tickets – Rose Watkinson
- Collector Plates – Marjorie Kellett
The Kootenay Lake Hospital Auxiliary Society would like to send special thanks to Derek Pollard, Canada Safeway, Wendy Steed, two anonymous donors, the BC Government Liquor Store, Save-on-Foods, Hall Printing and The Nelson Daily.
The raffle is held twice a year and has been able to net more than $3000 each time. Thanks to the people of Nelson and area as well as to visitors in town and to some faithful businesses and donors we have found these to be extremely worthwhile.
