Two Nelson Air Cadets — Brandon Brook and Nattanon McIntosh — were recently promoted to Warrant Officer Second Class.
The rank of Warrant Officer is the second highest rank that a cadet can earn.

In 2023 Grade 9 students at Nelson Waldorf School will be participating in an inter-cultural exchange with Ehattesaht First Nation students from Zeballos Elementary/ Secondary School on Vancouver Island.

The Nelson Italian-Canadian Society stopped by Our Daily Bread recently to drop off some donations of Pizzelle cookies and other sumptuous baked goods.

Cooler weather has allowed organizers to get the jump on opening the Ice Rink at Morning Mountain Regional Park to family skating and shinny hockey.
