World Religion Day celebrations being held in Nelson

The Nelson Baha’i Community is hosting a gathering of song, stories, meditation, prayers, reflections as people from many Faith traditions join together in celebration of World Religion Day.
The theme this year will be Building our Future Together.
The gathering is set for the Nelson Innovation Centre at 91-d Baker Street (old CPR building) on Sunday, January 15th at 2 p.m.
World Religion Day was established in 1950 by the National Spiritual Assembly of the Baha’is of the United States as a way to encourage interfaith unity and understanding.
It is now celebrated around the world, annually, on the third Sunday in January.
