Touchstones Nelson: Museum of Art and History is almost finished holding a five-part wildlife series with Wildlife Technician and Aboriginal Traditional Knowledge holder, Toni Appleby.

She has shared her understanding of the bear, wolf, cougar, and mountain caribou gathered from years working in the bush.

This series has been a big hit with adults and kids alike with lots of artifacts to interact with and a slide show.

The museum is hoping to repeat the series again in the fall for anyone who can’t attend this time around. To ensure you don’t miss any of the programming and events that happen at the museum, sign up for the newsletter on the Touchstones website.
