Slocan Valley Heritage Trails gets boost from Frog Peak Cafe

Laurel Giasson, co-owner of Frog Peak Cafe recently presented Slocan Valley Heritage Trail Society Chairperson, Helene Dostaler with a cheque for $500.
“The Slocan Valley Rail Trail has really been a great benefit to our business and our community,” says Glasson. “We just wanted to say thank you.”
The cheque will be going into the Rail Trail’s Equipment Replacement Fund. “We have an aging Snowmobile and are now starting to see about replacing it with an all season ATV”, says Dostaler.
“Donations like this are essential to helping us leverage other sources to help reach our goal. We are so grateful for Frog Peak Cafe’s support.”
