City of Nelson hosts workshops to help residents apply for Columbia Basin Trust grants

Calling all clubs, special interest groups and organizations looking for ways to create a legacy of social, economic and environmental well-being in their communities.

The City of Nelson is hosting two workshops to assist applicants who will be requesting Columbia Basin Trust Community Initiatives Program funding for the City of Nelson in 2013.  

“Staff will provide applicants with detailed information on how to compose grant applications and strengthen project proposals,” said a city staff official in a written release.

The two works are scheduled for (Thursday) January 24 from 7-8 p.m. and (Friday) January 25 from 2-3 p.m. in the City Council Chambers on the second floor at 310 Ward Street in Nelson.
