Mallard's Team of the Week — Ladies Bonspiel A Event Winners

The Nelson/Castlegar combined rink combined to capture the top prize at the Nelson Combined Bonspiel held recently at the Nelson Curling Club.
Team Cownden, consisting of skip Deanna Cownden, third Marlo Tedesco, second Michelle Kooznetsoff and lead- Heather Gingras, took home the Ladies A Event crown.
Mallard’s Source for sports would like to salute Team Cownden with Team of the Week honours.
No doubt this rink will be heard from as the curling season enters the home stretch of the season.
