Advance polls open in municipal elections

Advance polls in civic election for the Regional District of Central Kootenay and City of Nelson kicked open doors Wednesday.
Polling stations for the RDCK are held at Lardeau Community Hall and Kaslo Seniors Hall in Area D; Balfour Senior Hall in Area E and Salmo Community Centre in Area G as well as the Regional District main office at 202 Lakeside Drive.
Area F polling station is located at the RDCK main office at 202 Lakeside Drive.
The City of Nelson is also holding advance polls at the City Hall on Ward Street.
Polls are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
