Ski swaps usher in beginning of winter recreation season

Deal hunters were out in full force during the weekend at the Whitewater Ski Team and Nelson Nordic Ski Club Ski Swaps.

Sunday, skiers took to Hume School for the downhilll, snowboard and clothing swap.

Both swaps are major fundraisers for the Whitewater ski team and Nelson Nordic Ski Club.
