BC actor found dead in Vancouver Hotel room

B.C. actor Cory Monteith was found dead Saturday afternoon in his Vancouver hotel room.
Monteith, 31, who grew up in Victoria, shot to fame as Finn Hudson on the Fox show Glee.
It was reported he was dead for several hours when located the room on the 21st floor at the Vancouver Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel.
Surveillance footage showed he had been with friends the previous night but returned to his hotel room alone.
It’s believed he was alone when he died.
Glee debuted in 2009.
The show has been renewed for a fifth and sixth season.
