Terrace RCMP on lookout for three men suspected of burning homeless man over bottle of vodka
Terrace RCMP are on the lookout for a trio of suspects who allegedly robbed and burned a homeless man in the Northern BC community Thursday night over a bottle of vodka.
Police say the intoxicated 48-year-old man was walking to a homeless shelter at approximately 11 p.m. PT when he was approached by three men in their 20s.
The suspects pushed the man to the ground before stealing the bottle of vodka. The men then burned the man’s face and hands with a lighter because he was looking at them.
Suspect number one:
- described as white man in his 20s, just over six-foot tall with a lanky build and red hair, wearing a red sweater.
Suspect number two:
- described as a white man in his 20s, about 5’8″ tall with a stocky build and dirty blond hair wearing a leather jacket.
Suspect number three:
- is throught to be in his 20s, 5’8″ tall with a stocky build and dirty blond hair, wearing a light brown suede jacket.
