Remembrance Day ceremonies scheduled for Sunday at cenotaph
Remembrance Day ceremonies will be held outside of City Hall around the cenotaph on Sunday, Nov. 11.
People are asked to show up early, around 10:15 a.m. for the service that begins at 10:45 a.m. and the Last Post and one minute of silence at 11 a.m
Several dignitaries are scheduled to speak, including Mayor John Dooley.
The procession begins at the Royal Canadian Legion before marching to the cenotaph in front of Nelson City Hall.
