Sorento man faces five charges after holding up in Chase bank

John Edmond Leblanc of Sorento has faces five charges in connection with the Chase Royal Bank stand off last week.
The Chase RCMP forwarded a report to crown counsel on April 30th, receiving charge approval and charges sworn on May 1st to the 58 year old man.
The charges include, two counts of Theft under $5000; Uttering threat; Mischief under $5000 and Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
Leblanc remains in hospital care at this time, investigators have obtained a warrant for his arrest which may executed at the suitable time.
