LVR grads, Segstro, Walker and Renwick, shine bright at Kwantlen Polytechnic University Fashion Design and Technology Show
A trio of high school graduates from L.V. Rogers did the local school proud as Emma Walker, Rheanne Segstro and Jenna Renwick had their own designs front and center at the Kwantlen Polytechnic University Fashion Design and Technology Show earlier this month at the River Rock Casino.
Walker’s new new menswear collection named Epicure.
Walker developed the collection in response to market research indicating a need for rustic yet refined ‘green’ apparel for men, with high standards of quality and ethics.
Segstro focused on a clothing line for “tween” girls called Willow — creating earth friendly, style-driven options for free spirited tween girls.
Non-believers should check out Segstro’s debut clothing line, Willow, which focuses on creating earth friendly, style-driven options for free spirited tween girls.
Segstro endeavored to produce fun, style-driven options – not just the boring basics – that will excite both mom and tweens.
Meanwhile Renwick hoped to bring snowboarders the ultimate function, comfort and safety combined with state of the art styling with her TerraRada line.
One of TerraRada’s top product features are the abrasion resistant three-dimensional padding and patches on certain areas that are highly used by riders and the back packs they carry.
Renwick, Walker and Segstro were part of a graduating class of 31 students of the Kwantlen Polytechnic University program.
