Santa makes surprise visit to Heritage City
Santa Claus made a surprise visit to the Heritage City.
Mr. Claus made an early trip, without the reindeer, Friday stopping off at the Nelson Trading Co. to listen to a few requests for his December 25th visit.
Arriving, compliments of The Nelson Fire Department, on a fire truck, Santa Claus held court inside the lobby area of the Baker Street establishment. He visited hundreds of children eager to have a few words with the man in the red suit.
Once he answered all the questions from children, and a few from parents, Santa made his way back to the North Pole to prepare for the big day.
The crowd was entertained by the Nelson Waldorf School Choir, which allowed everyone to get into the Christmas spirit.
