North End of Perry Ridge: A bird’s eye view

@ Perry Siding Threads Guild, Thursday, June 23, 7 p.m.

Take a helicopter flight over the Slocan River and Perry Ridge (from May 20) with the Perry Ridge Water Users Association.

Video footage of the trip — from Randy Kenny, director, Perry Ridge Water Users Association — will be shown and people will gain an understanding of the complex hydrology and terrain on Perry Ridge from Dr. Tony Salway.

A video footage slide show photo gallery will also be shown by photographer Lucas Jmieff.

Marilyn James, Sinixt appointed spokesperson, will give the welcome and Sinixt legal update.

Dr. Nathan Goodale, from the 2009 archaeological investigations at the Slocan Narrows Pithouse Village (DkQi1, 2, and 17) will also be on hand.
