Nelson Figure Skating club culminates season with impressive show

There were little kids.
There were little skaters.
There was guest skaters — from Beaver Valley.
And there were the cream of the crop, Nelson’s best at the annual A Century On Ice year-end show Saturday at the NDCC Arena.
Friends, family and the skating public was treated to 90 minutes of music and performances by all members of the Nelson Figure Skating Club.
The gala event was the final act of the season for the Nelson Figure Skating Club. However, skaters and organizers are already preparing for the 2011-12 season.
