Welcome to the KOOP – Kootenay Open Online Poultry Forum.
KOOP is a place for poultry enthusiasts to connect and share their wisdom. This forum is for poultry farmers, breeders, backyard hobbyists, suppliers, and buyers.
The organizers hope poultry producers, growers and lovers of feathered flocks will take time to register and become a member.
Please introduce yourself in the “Welcome Mat” section and tell the poultry community in the Kootenays a little about you, your poultry and your farm.
The idea for a local, online forum for poultry people arose out of a recent chicken workshop held at the Vallican Whole Community Centre.
