In this winter session we will focus on drawing the movements deeply into our bodies and core while fully embracing the feminine essence.

The emphasis will be to integrate the moves with kinetic awareness and proper technique, with time variations for each movement.

You will really connect and “own” these moves for yourself.

Winter session, Jan. 10 – Feb. 21

7/$70 or both classes for $125 plus HST ($78.40 or $140)
