Call it stalking or seeking the truth.

When the Journey into Walking in a Good Way happens Wednesday, Oct. 27 (6:30-8:30 p.m.), traditional teachings and experiential practices on stalking will be explored.

Offered by wildlife biologist Chris Morasky, the Journey to Wholeness series talk goes into the traditional teachings and experiential practices on Stalking.

Stalking is an essential aspect of any spiritual journey, said Morasky.

“We may stalk our innate self nature, our authenticity as beings or our shadows and foibles,” he said.
As fall comes to a close and the season of winter approaches, the series will go a little deeper into the journey of healing.

“We will begin by exploring the most common causes of disease, or how our health goes awry, and how this creates a vital opportunity to go deeper into our journey of becoming whole,” said Morasky.

The series will also delve into body-centred psychotherapy, somato-emotional distress and the imprinting of emotional experiences into the muscles, joints, bones and energetic pathways of your body.

This series of talks takes place every Wednesday from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at A Balanced Path, 523 Josephine St.
