Vital, Lincoln (Linc) Cyril

Mr. Lincoln (Linc) Cyril Vital of Nelson BC passed away on Monday February 3, 2020 at the age of 86.

Linc was born on September 7, 1933 in Port-Of-Spain, Trinidad, West Indies.  He immigrated to Canada at the age of 18.  During his time in Nelson Linc worked at the McDonalds Jam Factory, Silver King Beverages, Columbia Beverages and Inland Alcare/Zep.  Linc enjoyed sailing, 5-pin bowling, woodworking in his shop, cribbage and attending Nelson Leafs Hockey games.  Linc had many friends and made an impression on everyone who knew him; his sense of humor will truly be missed.

Linc is survived by his daughters, Susan Vital of Nelson and Sherri McInroy of Coquitlam and his grandson Matthew McInroy of Coquitlam along with other family members in Canada, the U.S. and Trinidad.

A special thank you to Dr Mackay, the third floor nurses and all of Linc’s friends for their support.
