Dorothy Ross
June 15, 1918 – August 22, 2017
Dorothy passed peacefully in Nelson, BC at the age of 99.
Dorothy was born in Vancouver. There she met and married her husband Stewart Ross. They moved to Trail, BC where they had two children (Keath and Pam). In 1956 they moved to Nelson.
Dorothy loved to golf and cross-country ski. She worked as the secretary at LV Rogers Secondary School for 25 years. She loved her job and had many fond memories of those days.
Dorothy was predeceased by her husband Stewart, her daughter Pam and grandson Tylor.
Dorothy is survived by her son Keath (Lisa and son Jaden), grandchildren Ken Sergent (Debbie), Kim Sergent, great-grandchildren Kadie Mae Price, Hanna Sergent, and great-great-grandchild Holly Olivia Price, and loving friend, Donna Ross.
Keath and Lisa would like to thank Dr. Janz and the staff of Jubilee Manor for all of the wonderful care and attention that Dorothy was given.
Dorothy was a loving wife, mother and friend. She will be very much missed.
At Dorothy’s request there will be no service.
