Poulin, Raymond Eugene

It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of Ray on January 13, 2015 in Vernon B.C.

Born in Nelson, B.C. on September 19, 1932, he is predeceased by his parents Eugene and Alma Poulin and his sister Jeanette.

He is survived by his sisters Rosella, Lorraine, Delphine, and his brothers Mark, Pat, and Gerry; by his children Michelle, Rene, Joseph, Kelly and Yvonne; his 9 grandchildren and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

His good friend Barbara McInnes wrote: “…he was one of the Good Guys and he has left a wonderful legacy in his family. He was very proud of all of you.”

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Good Samaritan Heron Grove for their personal attention and care of him over the last year.

At his request, he will be cremated and laid to rest beside his parents in Nelson.

A celebration of his life will be held at an undetermined date this Spring.
