Lehmann, Helmut Karl

Helmut Lehmann, the gentle old man often seen walking his dog, Hailey and then, Sasha in the Fairview area, has sadly passed away on March 20, 2017 at the age of 93 years.

It was a long journey from Radun, Germany to Nelson where he happily made his home for his final years.  He was a talented and gifted woodworker with a love for nature.  He was very grateful for the fellowship given to him by the Jehovah’s Witness community.

He will be greatly missed by his children, Uwe, Michael and Christiane and their partners, his granddaughters, Lisa and Katherine and his great-grandchildren.
