Lawrence Theodore Anderson, 1927-2016

Lawrence Theodore Anderson, known to his friends and family at “L.T.” passed away peacefully in his sleep, at Mountain Lake Sienor’s Community on May 2nd 2016.

Lawrence was 88 years old.

Born on November 27th 1927, in High River, Alberta, to farming parents Lily Johnson and Theodore Anderson. The oldest of three siblings, Lawrence began farming at a very young age.

He grew the farm into sections of grain land. In 1979, Lawrence sold his land and in 1980 relocated to Balfour, where he retired to fishing and helping anyone who needed his help . . . he was a worker for sure!

Lawrence is predeceased by his brother Leroy Anderson.

Lawrence is survived by his loving companion, Beth Bearchell; sister, Joyce Birston of Clairsholm, Alberta; daughters Gail Geralis of Grand Forks, B.C., Beverly Nelson of Nanton Alberta and Cindy Welsh of Taber Alberta.

Lawrence has four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
