Youth Theatre presents The Real Inspector Hound

Nelson Youth presents the one-act play The Real Inspector Hound (Friday) October 24th at 7 p.m.  

There will be two performances will be on the (Saturday) October 25th at 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. at Central School in Nelson.  

The country house weekend is the perfect setting for revenge in this humorous and quirky “whodunit” by Tom Stoppard.  

Mystery buffs will enjoy the sly references to Agatha Christie and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.  Stoppard also takes aim at the narcissistic world of theatre criticism and theatre politics.    

The play will feature actors ages 14-19 years including; Nemia Darwel, James Tucker, Soleil Babcock, Jamie Hunter, Sebastian Bodine, Sauhaira Darwel, Robyn Locke, Kozmo Sammartino and Hayden Whitman-Guay.  

The play is directed by Paul Prappas, with set by Doug Scott.  Produced by Celeste Rayne.  Music and sound by Tristan Hanson-Suggitt.

Admittance is by donation.
