UPDATED: RCMP arrest Alberta man wanted on 51 outstanding warrants in Dawson Creek

The RCMP finally got their man Monday when Chance Aaron Shaw, was arrested by Dawson Creek police Monday.
Shaw, 23, is wanted on 51 Canada-wide warrants issued out of Alberta.
These warrants related to property offences such as: Theft and Possession of Stolen Property, Theft of motor Vehicles, Frauds, False Pretense, Uttering Forged Documents, Forgery, breach of release conditions, and physical assaults.
RCMP in Red Deer suspected Shaw may have been, and committed fraud, in the Creston area recently.
The warrants were issued as a result of numerous charges stemming from various investigations out of Alberta.
Shaw has been remanded into police custody in Dawson Creek and will be transported back to Alberta later this week to answer to these charges.
RCMP ask assistance in locating Chance Aaron Shaw
RCMP in Red Deer Alberta are currently looking for a suspect believed to have been recently seen in the Creston area.
Chance Aaron Shaw, 23, is wanted on 51 Canada-wide warrants.
Shaw is wanted for breaching numerous probation orders that were imposed on him by the courts as a result of previous convictions, including numerous fraud-related charges.
RCMP believe that Shaw recently has traveled to and committed
fraud in the Kootenays, most recently in Creston.
However, RCMP believe Shaw still resides in the Red Deer, Alberta area.
RCMP do not believe he poses a danger to the public, but citizens are advised not to approach him if he is seen.
Instead, please contact police immediately. As well, anyone with information regarding any transactions with Shaw that they believe to be dubious or suspicious in nature is asked to their local police detachment.
