Salmo RCMP on the hunt for vandals

RCMP said the egg and graffiti bandit raised havoc in Salmo sometime between Thursday and Friday (July17-18).
RCMP Cpl Riordan Bellman said in a media release that the graffiti bandit “sprayed painted on the back of the Royal Canadian Legion on fourth street in Salmo building that faces the park.”
“Vulgar language was sprayed in gold paint,” Cpl Riordan Bellman said.
RCMP said In a similar incident and most likely at the same time, some eggs were thrown at another building in Salmo.
Patrols were made but no suspects were located.
A half carton of eggs has been seized and video surveillance is being reviewed.
