RCMP seek assistance for missing person Gaylin De Montigny

The Osoyoos RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing 68 year old Gaylin De Montigny.

The Osoyoos resident was last seen in Osoyoos on (Tuesday) July 5, 2016 and was reported missing on (Monday) July 11, 2016.

RCMP findings indicates De Montigny likely travelled by bus to Penticton, early on July 5, 2016.

De Montigny had a scheduled appointment in Osoyoos on July 11 however she phoned in the morning to cancel.

Police have been unable to locate where De Montigny called from. Friends believe she could be in the Penticton or Kelowna area.

De Montigny does not drive.

Gaylin De Montigny is described as:

  • Caucasian female
  • 173cm tall
  • weight 57kgs.
  • white hair, cut in a bob style. 

De Montigny walks with a noticeable hunch and the use of a walker. Her walker is brown in colour with a basket on the front.

The Osoyoos RCMP are asking that if anyone sees or believes they have seen De Montigny, to call the Osoyoos RCMP at 250-495-7236 and quote file number 2016-3461.
