There’s a pretty good chance a two-headed or single-head parking meter will be waiting to grab some loose change out of the pocket.
During the weekend someone went out of their way about the downtown of the Heritage City putting stickers onto meters in an attempt to cheer up shoppers.
From Welsh Folklore to friendly Otters, Nelson Parking Meter Good Neighbour did their best to cheer up drivers before the meter sucked another quarter out of their change purse.
