One man to appear in court following executed search warrant of Salmo residence

RCMP in Salmo said Monday in a media release, officers from the detachment executed a search warrant Sunday (June 14) issued under the Cannabis Act at a residence on Liness Road.
Police said officers seized 220 marihuana plants and packaged marihuana from inside the residence.
“One male was located inside the growing operation when members entered the residence and a charge of Production of Marihuana Cannabis will be recommended,” RCMP said.
Police said the male will be appearing in Nelson Court in October relating to this charge.
