So effective November 1, the Cyswog’n’Fun Triathlon committee will begin to search for a new Race Director to take the annual event into year 33.

“The new Race Director will be supported by a committee of 10 experienced directors, plus Larry has offered to provide mentorship to the new individual or individuals (some years two or more people have shared the Race Director responsibilities),” a message on the Cyswog’n’Fun Triathlon website said.

“This is your chance to put back into the community. There’s a great nucleus to build from, and a lot of tradition to follow,” the website added.

“You will face challenges and need to make significant decisions, but the reward of seeing your effort pay off in smiling, tired competitors will be with you forever.”
