Mallard’s Source for sports agrees with also giving participants of the BC FreezinforaReason Cold in the Koots Campaign a Thumbs Up and Team of the Week accolades for a spirited fundraiser that netted the BC Special Olympics more than $10,000.

Recently, chiefs from Nelson Police Department, Nelson Fire and Rescue Services, Regional District of Central Kootenay and BC Paramedics took a cool jump into Kootenay Lake to raise funds for BC Special Olympics.
