Local MLA likes what she sees in NDP new climate action plan

Michelle Mungall believes the new climate change action plan recently announced by B.C. New Democrat leader John Horgan will cut carbon pollution, create good jobs, and double the number of British Columbians receiving rebate cheques to offset a higher federal carbon tax the Nelson-Creston MLA said in a media release.
