Glacier Gym Club opens season by hosting Judges Cup

The Glacier Gymnastics Club is rolling out the red carpet for the Judges Cup Saturday at the Civic Centre facility.
The Judges Cup, attracting athletes from throughout the Kootenay Region, is the first of many competitions for the Glacier gymnasts as the club begins its competitive season.
The competition goes Saturday, running all day.
Competition includes provincial level athletes and Junior Olympians.
Glacier Club is expected to enter numerous athletes in all the categories.
Glacier athletes travel to Coeur d’Alene for the Great West Gym Fest before concluding the month of February at the BC Winter Games in Penticton.
The Judges Cup begins at 8:30 a.m. and will run all day till 8:30 p.m.
