Another year, another crop of future hockey stars at the NMHA Novice Tournament

Another year and another crop of boys and girls participating at the annual Novice Half-Ice Minor Hockey tournament in Nelson.
Novice teams teams from Spokane, Nakusp, Trail/Rossland and Castlegar each took to the ice for games during the Half-Ice tournament format at the NDCC and Civic Centre Arenas.
The tournament boosted the population of the Heritage City for the annual event for boys and girls between the ages of five to eight years.
Nelson teams in action included the Nelson Leafs, Nelson Snow Tigers and Nelson Blades.
