2011 LVR Grads hold bottle drive Saturday

Don”t throw away those bottles that have accumulated during the recent holiday season.
Instead, donate the empty bottles or cans to the 2011 L.V. Rogers Graduating Class.
LVR Grade 12 students will be working the streets of Nelson, going door to door to pickup empties this Saturday, January 8 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
For those residents not at home this weekend, the Nelson Leafs Bottle Depot is accepting donations of beverage containers during the week. Just tell the attendant to donate the returns to LVR Bottle Drive account.
The funds raised will go toward expenses for the upcoming Graduation weekend, June 10-11.
