West Kootenay Fly Fishing Symposium goes this weekend

The annual West Kootenay Fly Fishing Symposium is only days away.
The 16th annual event is set for Saturday and Sunday (March 21-22) at the Castlegar Rec Complex.
The event is free to the public and includes a variety of activities for young and old including casting demos, kids’ fly tying, a speaker series and displays.
Columbia Power is a sponsor of the event and Columbia Power’s Information Technology Manager, John Jenner, and his kids (fishing enthusiasts) met up with event organizer, Rod Zavaduk, to hear more about the symposium.
