The Sixth annual Polka Dot Dragon Lantern Festival to be held at Taghum Beach Regional Park on Saturday, February 8th from 5-7 p.m.

The Polka Dot Dragon Festival, started in 2014, is an outdoor experiential arts festival showcasing local artists and performers.  It focuses on the intersection of nature and art and is an excellent way to inspire creativity and bring warmth and light to our community. The festival is free to the public, but donations are welcomed.

The theme of this year’s festival is coral reefs and will include performances by the Moving Mosaic Samba Band and fire dancing by Shawna “The Hulagan”, Biosphere, and Bryce, as well as art installations by Myra Rasmussen, Nicole LeBihan, and others.
