The one-woman play, Dissolve, stopped at LVR on Monday morning for a performance for Grade 10-12 students.

An intense, funny, engaging, and at times searing, performance takes aim at the drug-facilitated sexual assault culture that is growing among students at secondary schools and post-secondary institutions.

The play featured Vancouver actor, Emmelia Gordon, who plays 16 different roles many of whom could have intervened to help the victim, but don’t.

After the performance Gordon hosted a Question & Answer with help from the Nelson Victim Services branch and the Nelson Police Department.
